4.Everyone who is able to take up a legal activity can make use of www.pamiatki.pl

5.Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6.The Orders placed before 12.00 weekday will be shipped the same day.

7.The Orders placed after 12.00 weekday will be shipped the next day.

8.The orders placed during weekend or holidays will be processed on the first working day.

9. The average delivery period is 2 to 5 days beginning from the date when the full payment has been transferred to bank account. The period may be extended for the Agents

10.In case of the order made on receipt of payment the delivery period is not longer than 3 working days

11.In reasonable cases (such as goods import) the period of delivery may be longer, i.e. 7-14 days

12.The products ordered will be delivered to the address given by a Customer as his delivery address

13.Each order made through the portal will be verified over the phone by our staff

14.The access to www.pamiatki.pl portal is limited to the area indicated on the list of countries displayed while the account in the portal is being set up.

15.Placing an order is equal to acceptance of personal data processing, which is necessary for the order realization as well as for improvement of services provided

16.Customers of www.pamiat.pl portal are not allowed to provide contents which are banned.

17.www.pamiatki.pl reserves the right to reject the orders processing if the form is improperly filled in or if it is impossible to confirm over the phone the order placement

18.www.pamiatki.pl reserves the right to retreat the sale agreement within two days since the date of placing the order. The customer will be informed about the cancellation by e-mail, to the e-mail address given in registration form as his e-mail address.

19.Order placement and it's processing will be confirmed automatically by the system via e-mail, to the address from the registration form.

20.The customer's right is to cancel the order till 2.30 pm the same day the order was made or till 10.00 am next day if the order was made the previous day after 2.30 pm

21.The cancellation made without respecting paragraph 20 above or the product receipt refusal which is not reasonable is equal to violation of the www.pamiatki.pl terms and conditions.

22.The product delivery is made via Poczta Polska by priority parcel or with other shipping courier

23.The cost of delivery is defined on delivery price list.

24.Placing an order is equal to delivery price list acceptance.

25.The customer may be granted the discounts for deliveries and others. Being assigned the discount depends on customer status and promoting actions that are being carried out.

26.The prices listed on website www.pamiatki.pl include VAT.

27.The prices of the products do not include the delivery costs.

28.Together with the product the invoice is always delivered. The invoice is the receipt.

29.After logging in the Customer can check out her/his status.

30.The customers who buy products for further sale and with granted partnership status will be seeing tailor-made prices after logging in.

31.The offer presented by www.pamiatki.pl is the offer according to civil code

32.The order confirmation made over the phone means acceptance of the offer exactly as it is presented on www.pamiatki.pl website.

33.www.pamiatki.pl reserves the right to offer the customer the interchangeable product instead of the one ordered. The customer's right is to reject such an offer. That is equal to cancellation of the order of the product.

34.If the product ordered is temporary unavailable and completing the parcel is impossible the parcel will be sent without this product. When such a situation takes place www.pamiatki.pl will contact the customer to offer interchangeable product.

35.When the parcel delivered contains other products than ordered the customer should not accept the parcel and inform www.pamiatki.pl immediately.

36.Customer's delivery acceptance means confirmation that the content of parcel is consistent with the order.

37.The prices of products in the invoice are the same as they were when the order was placed

38.www.pamiatki.pl reserves the right to limit the amount of products ordered from the section "Promotion".

39.According to Regulation dated 2nd March 2002 regarding protecting consumer rights the goods received from our shop can be returned within 10 days from the date of receiving the parcel without getting any reason (that concerns retailers only). The only condition is that the product is not used, copied or damaged and that the activating codes are not used.

40.The product which is being returned should be sent together with the invoice and the notice stating clearly why the product is being returned. The refund is guaranteed

41.The money is transferred back via bank account.

42.The cost of delivery and sending the goods back will not be refunded

43.The producer or supplier guarantees all goods offered. In case the product delivered is defective or damaged during delivery it should be returned to the shop. The parcels returned on receipt of payment will be not accepted. The costs of sending the parcel in return will be paid back immediately after considering the complaint. The defective product will be exchanged for the one in a decent condition. If it is impossible (product, for example, temporary unavailable) a similar product will be offered or, in the last resort, the refund will be made.

44.www.pamiatki.pl makes it possible to pay for the goods and delivery as follows::
a) in cash (only in Poland) - the money should be given to the courier on delivery,
b) through the Internet by a credit card - after choosing all products wanted and pushing the button "Make an order" the option of paying with VISA or MASTERCARD cards will be displayed. After choosing the option mentioned above and pushing the button "Next" the site of operator managing with payments by credit cards will appear. www.pamiatki.pl signed a special agreement with the operator. The order to be paid by credit card will be accepted to realization as soon as the authorization of transaction is confirmed. www.pamiatki.pl is not responsible for the situation when the authorization of transaction is not available
c) by a transfer via bank account - money should be transferred into the bank account pointed out in the order confirmation form. The order is accepted to process right after the money appearing on bank account mentioned above. When making transfer the number of order should be given.

45.Technical requirements for using www.pamiatki.pl portal are the following: access to the Internet, computer with the Internet explorer installed, screen resolution 800x600 as minimum, "cookies" and JavaScript options active,
